BUFFET SERVICE
The Artis chafer range features units suitable for induction hobs or for heating using fuel or electric sources. The induction range includes round or square models together with a soup chafer, whilst the fuel/electric range comprises oblong and round roll top chafers and a 2-pot roll top soup station. All models in the range stand out in terms of looks and functionality and incorporate many innovative design features. They are made from highly polished 18/10 stainless steel with a 3mm heavy gauge frame and solid brass chrome plated legs. The sleek modern design incorporates a solid stainless steel bottom plate for stability and durability.
INNOVATIVE FEATURES
The sturdy roll top covers open to any angle and stay open automatically thanks to a special maintenance-free “braking” mechanism. This makes them much easier to use than more basic products many of which have limited opening settings and fiddly push-button locking mechanisms. All lids are removable for ease of cleaning. They have steam release holes to prevent condensation and are cleverly designed to channel condensation into the water pan and eliminate unsightly run-off onto tablecloths.
Chafing fuel and electric heating elements are interchangeable on all roll top chafers. An integral wind block greatly facilitates the outside use of fuel burners. Also available in the new Buffet Service range is a juice dispenser, manufactured with a glass bowl and finished with chrome handles, knobs and legs.
